General Warranty Terms for Inflandia Promotional Products:

  1. Each product is sold with an included assembly instruction.
  2. The product should be assembled and used according to the instruction. The manufacturer is not responsible for the assembly and disassembly of the product if it is done contrary to the instructions or without the instructions.
  3. The product should be anchored to the ground with ALL stakes, anchors, or weights included with the product.
  4. The warranty covers: – Color durability and their resistance to changes under UV radiation – Durability of materials from which the products are made (against tearing, abrasion) – Fan, if the product is equipped with one – Aluminum structure, in the case of Eventline and Extremeline advertising tents
  5. The manufacturer guarantees that the products are made with the utmost care. In case of deficiencies or defects in the order, the customer should contact the manufacturer in writing or via email. The manufacturer will respond within 7 days of receiving the letter and then, upon determining that the defects or deficiencies are the manufacturer’s fault, will rectify them within 21 days.
  6. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use and from random events, fire, hurricane, or acts of vandalism.
  7. Depending on the product group, the manufacturer provides a warranty for the following periods: – Pneumatic advertising (balloons, columns, gates, pneumatic tents) – 24 months – Airtight products in the HERMETIC line – 24 months – Aluminum tents – 24 months – Advertising flags – 12 months – Advertising beanbags and deck chairs – 12 months – Windyman – 6 months
  8. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the above information.
  9. In matters not regulated by these provisions, the regulations of July 27, 2002, on special conditions of consumer sales and the amendment of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 141, item 1176, as amended in 2004 No. 96, item 959) apply.

Recommendations for the Use and Maintenance of Pneumatic Advertising (balloons, gates, airwalls, pneumatic tents):

  1. Pressure washers can be used for cleaning. Do not bring the water stream closer than 50 cm to avoid damaging the material’s structure.
  2. In case of increasing wind gusts (over 50 km/h), the products should be taken down.
  3. During snowfall, snow accumulating on pneumatic tents should be continuously removed or the tent should be taken down.
  4. Products must not be folded and stored when wet or damp as this may cause mold, which is not covered under warranty conditions.
  5. Products must not be washed in an automatic washing machine, dried in a tumble dryer, or ironed.

 

Recommendations for the Use and Maintenance of Eventline and Extremeline Aluminum Tents:

  1. Pressure washers cannot be used for cleaning as high pressure can damage the fabric’s impregnation layer, causing the tent to become water-permeable.
  2. Products can be cleaned with a soft sponge, warm water (up to 40 degrees Celsius), and mild detergents (e.g., hand soap).
  3. In case of increasing wind gusts (over 50 km/h), the products should be taken down.
  4. During snowfall, snow accumulating on pneumatic tents should be continuously removed or the tent should be taken down.
  5. Products must not be folded and stored when wet or damp as this may cause mold, which is not covered under warranty conditions.

Recommendations for the Use and Maintenance of Advertising Flags:

  1. Flags can be hand washed in warm water (up to 40 degrees Celsius) with mild detergents (e.g., hand soap).
  2. Products must not be washed in an automatic washing machine, dried in a tumble dryer, or ironed.

Recommendations for the Use and Maintenance of Advertising Beanbags and Deck Chairs:

  1. Advertising beanbags and deck chairs can be cleaned with a soft sponge, warm water (up to 40 degrees Celsius), and mild detergents (e.g., hand soap).
  2. Products must not be washed in an automatic washing machine, dried in a tumble dryer, or ironed.

Recommendations for the Use and Maintenance of Windymen:

  1. Windyman should be set up in an open space at a safe distance from poles, trees, high voltage lines, etc.
  2. In case of increasing wind gusts (over 50 km/h) or adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, etc.), windyman should be turned off immediately to prevent damage.
  3. The windyman fabric must not be folded while damp, as this may cause discoloration of the graphics or mold, which are not covered by warranty conditions.
  4. Any dirt should be removed immediately after soiling with a damp cloth and warm water without additional detergents.
  5. Windyman should not be cleaned with running water or pressure washers.
  6. Windymen must not be washed in an automatic washing machine, dried in a tumble dryer, or ironed.
  7. The noise level of the fan directly at the product is approximately 100-110 dB. Depending on the distance from the windyman, the noise level decreases accordingly: about 85 dB at 10 meters from the product, about 80 dB at 20 meters from the product, and about 75 dB at 30 meters from the product.
